Job summary

TUI Group is seeking a Senior Material Supplier based at our Line Station in Gatwick. You will provide material support in dispatch, goods inspection, picking, tool stores and unserviceable components, plus procurement of aircraft spare parts.

The role focuses on day-to-day logistics, SLA delivery, and supporting operations with timely AMOS orders while working within a team and on a flexible roster across shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Aviation background or equivalent with supply chain experience in stores and procurement.
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of engineering systems (AMOS).
• Experience in raising purchase orders, invoicing, goods receipt, despatch, inventory management and local store audits.
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
• Demonstrate confidence and ability to present across engineering organization.
• Cost control, compliance, process efficiency and adherence.
• Flexibility to work a roster including unsocial hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day duties such as manual handling, receiving, storing, shipping and controlling.
• Operational logistics support and procurement of aircraft spare parts and line materials.
• Monitor task progress and take actions to deliver on time and budget.
• Produce AMOS orders in a timely manner and per procedures.
• Question inappropriate or unapproved material requests.
• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain shift handover log and liaise with external entities.
• Ensure service level agreements are met.
• Manage loans and exchanges to minimise surplus/waste.
• Operate company vehicles and forklift.
