Job summary

DHL Air (UK) Ltd, part of the DHL Express team, is based at East Midlands Airport. We are seeking a Network Material Coordinator Administrator to support the Network Material Coordinators, handling data in TRAX/GET, purchasing parts, stock management, and ensuring customs compliance.

You will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, in a day-shift pattern at EMA Cargo West, East Midlands Airport. Prior aviation support experience is desirable, with strong MS Office and organisational skills to

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain systems and databases (TRAX and GET).
• Ensure records are accurate and adhere to retention procedures.
• Assist with obtaining quotes and purchasing aircraft parts.
• Maintain stock levels to support DHL Air (UK) operations.
• Ensure customs requirements are adhered to and compliant.
