Line Up Aviation is recruiting a Maintenance Controller based in Manchester. You will coordinate Line Stations, third‑party maintenance providers and flight crews to ensure safe daily operations.

This is a permanent, full‑time role with a 5/5/4 shift pattern, covering days and nights and offering two weekends off each month. Candidates must already have UK work rights; sponsorship is not provided.

Aufgaben

• Manages scheduled and unscheduled Line Maintenance activities following regulatory and programme requirements.
• Controls and monitors ADDs, coordinating required spares, tooling and documentation.
• Supports aircraft recovery via technical guidance, logistics coordination and crew duty-time oversight.
• Provides real‑time technical assistance to flight crews and engineers during incidents.
• Coordinates information flow after incidents and supports recovery planning.
• Allocates aircraft per operational and maintenance priorities.
• Improves aircraft and Engineering performance using monitoring/prognostic tools.
• Provides specialist technical support respecting safety, regulatory and commercial needs.
