Responsibilities

• Lead the London Heathrow PRS account people plan aligned to contract strategy.
• Advise senior leadership with commercially-focused People guidance.
• Develop governance, workforce planning and talent initiatives for the account.
• Manage employee relations, change readiness and risk within a high-profile 24/7 operation.
• Establish account scorecards and governance rhythms to track delivery and impact.
