- Strong track record influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience delivering strategic account people plans and workforce strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the London Heathrow PRS account people plan aligned to strategy.
- Coach operational leaders to build capability and accountability for people outcomes.
- Partner with HR teams to drive talent, succession and workforce planning.
- Provide senior stakeholder management and governance for a 24/7 aviation environment.
- Develop and implement organisational change, ER/pay negotiations, and risk mitigation.
