Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate or Associate Director for Environmental Consents in the UK with expertise in aviation. You will lead environmental planning, assessments, and multi-disciplinary studies for landmark aviation projects across the UK, including EIA and planning processes.

You will direct bids, bid frameworks, and client engagement while mentoring teams and delivering high-quality environmental input across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for aviation schemes.
• Familiar with Habitats Regulations Assessment and planning regimes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; report writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary aviation projects from planning through delivery.
• Direct recruitment, bidding, and framework opportunities.
• Manage client communications and stakeholder engagement to grow aviation sector offerings.
