Job summary

Swissport is seeking a Dispatch Agent to join our dynamic airport operation. You will support flight crews, coordinate load and fuel data, and ensure efficient aircraft turnaround in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are calm under pressure, physically fit, and possess a valid driver’s license with solid computer skills. A strong team ethos and reliability are essential for success in this busy ground services role.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift up to 32 kg as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paperwork for flight crew.
• Communicate fuel and load data to flight crew and load control.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure aircraft is loaded as intended.
• Prioritise tasks and manage aircraft turnaround from arrival to departure.
• Operate aerobridges and aircraft stand guidance systems.
• Drive airside vehicles including cars, vans and minibuses.
• Handle weight and balance calculations as required.
