Signature TECHNICAir at Bournemouth Airport is seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative to coordinate aircraft maintenance inputs and support customers through maintenance events. You will liaise with engineering teams, supervisors, and external stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and customer-centric service.

Ideal candidates will have experience in aviation customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and maintenance software.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within aviation.
• Strong project management capability with the ability to handle multiple tasks & shifting priorities.
• Confident communicator able to interpret technical information for customers.
• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance software; Corridor experience desirable.
• Basic understanding of aviation regulatory requirements (EASA Part 145).
• High attention to detail with accuracy in data input.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during maintenance inputs, providing timely updates and professional support.
• Coordinate scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance activities across base and line operations.
• Liaise with Supervisors, engineering teams, manufacturer reps and regulators before, during and after maintenance events.
• Manage AOG requirements, on-site and remotely, ensuring rapid response.
• Prepare and issue daily status reports with progress and cost information.
• Create, update and manage work packs, work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Provide customers with quotations for approval during maintenance inputs.
• Maintain maintenance order book and data in CAFAM or similar systems.
• Raise CRS and RTS documentation.
• Update CESCOM with Maintenance Transaction Reports and flight details.
• Support Technical Records including archiving and dispatching work packs.
• Maintain Technical Library and subscription amendments.
• Verify and input timesheet data when required.
• Uphold document control standards in Customer Support.
• Participate in engineering meetings and provide technical support.
