Job summary

Signature TECHNICAir is seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative at Bournemouth Airport to coordinate maintenance inputs and support customers through their maintenance events. You will maintain clear communication between engineering teams, supervisors, and external stakeholders, ensuring safety, compliance and a customer-centred service experience.

The role requires strong English communication, project management ability and experience with MS Office and maintenance software.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally in aviation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Clear, concise communication of technical information to customers.
• Proficient with MS Office and maintenance software (Corridor desirable).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact during maintenance inputs with timely updates.
• Coordinate scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance across base and line operations.
• Liaise with MSU Supervisors, engineering teams, and regulators before, during and after events.
• Manage AOG requirements on-site and remotely with rapid response.
• Prepare daily status reports with progress and cost information.
• Create and manage work packs, orders and maintenance documentation.
