Job summary

eCube Solutions Ltd in St Athan, Wales seeks a Part-145 Customer Liaison Officer to bridge the maintenance organisation and its airline, leasing, or asset clients. You will coordinate on-site customer engagement, pre-arrival planning, and access readiness to ensure smooth visits and service delivery.

You will drive commercial scope control, track AWRs, support audits with CAMO/quality teams, manage customer facilities and logistics, and maintain systematic records for dashboards and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within Part-145, MRO, or airline engineering.
• Working knowledge of EASA/UK CAA Part-145 and Part-M/CAMO frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site SPOC for visiting customers and ensure smooth engagement.
• Lead pre-arrival planning, access readiness, and office preparation.
• Coordinate audits, findings resolution, and technical clarifications with CAMO/quality.
• Manage end-to-end AWR lifecycle, commercial justification, and approvals.
• Oversee customer facilities, logistics, and VIP visit coordination.
• Maintain a central log of interactions and prepare weekly dashboards.
