Job summary

Staffline is seeking a Cabin Quality Supervisor for London Heathrow Airport. Applicants must have supervised teams, hold a full UK driving licence, and have lived in the UK for the past 3 years.

DBS and 5-year reference checks apply; a flexible schedule including late and night shifts is required. You will lead cabin cleaning quality, deliver on-the-job training, and support team development while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job training and hands-on coaching to colleagues, ensuring excellence in cabin cleaning techniques and compliance with cleaning specifications.
• Lead the cabin appearance team and nurture future supervisors through development and upskilling.
• Participate in day-to-day aircraft cleaning tasks to model high standards and operational efficiency.
• Promote an inclusive team culture and support new joiners during onboarding.
• Assist with the onboarding process to ensure newcomers feel confident and connected from day one.
• Ensure strict Health & Safety compliance and foster a safe working environment.
• Undertake additional operational responsibilities to support the team and business goals.

Cabin Quality Supervisor - London Heathrow Airport

Applicants require a minimum of 3 years of residence in the UK.

A full UK Manual Driving Licence must be held.

The rate of pay is

Shifts

Flexible with working hours, including late and night shifts.

The Airport is operational 7 days per week and candidates will be working on a 5 on 3 off and you will need to be fully flexible with the days and hours you can work. This could be subject to change!

Offering employment is subject to various background checks such as DBS/5-year referencing.

The responsibilities of a Cabin Quality Supervisor include:

• Deliver on-the-job training and hands-on coaching to colleagues, ensuring excellence in cabin cleaning techniques, adherence to quality standards, and full compliance with cleaning specifications.
• Support the professional growth of cabin appearance colleagues by identifying and nurturing future supervisors through continuous development and upskilling opportunities.
• Actively participate as a member of the team, taking part in day-to-day aircraft cleaning tasks to lead by example and maintain high operational standards.
• Promote and embed an inclusive, welcoming team culture where all colleagues feel valued and supported, particularly when new team members join.
• Actively contribute to the onboarding process, helping new colleagues feel confident, connected, and well-prepared from day one.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, fostering a safe and proactive working environment for all.
• Undertake additional operational responsibilities as required, supporting the wider team and business objectives with flexibility and professionalism.

• Has previous supervising experience
• Holds a full UK driving licence, enabling flexibility across operational duties and locations.
• Has lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years or more, as all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC).
