Job summary

Flexjet Europe is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Officer to support the UK CAMO and Part 145 functions. You will contribute to audits, regulatory changes, and a strong safety culture across the organisation.

The role requires extensive knowledge of EASA and UK CAA regulations, experience in airworthiness/compliance monitoring, and the ability to lead audit activities while working with Safety, Compliance and Security teams. A proactive, detail-oriented professional is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Continuing Airworthiness and/or Maintenance environment.
• Strong understanding of EASA and UK CAA regulations and practices for commercial air transport operations, airworthiness, maintenance, safety management systems.
• Experience as a Lead Auditor is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, influence and work collaboratively to promote a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Advising Compliance Monitoring Managers on matters affecting the company and its operations.
• Supporting the development of an annual audit schedule covering applicable regulations.
• Administering auditor assignments and coordinating audit findings.
• Maintaining a feedback system of findings to management.
• Analysing preventive and corrective actions through follow-up processes.
• Supporting safety and compliance culture initiatives.
• Assisting with training for the Compliance Monitoring Function.
• Processing audits conducted by third party auditors.
• Assisting with Management of Change activities as needed.
• Collaborating with Safety to address safety-critical findings.
