JMC Aviation Limited is recruiting a Safety and Compliance Manager in Andover to support ongoing aircraft operations within a well‑established rotary organisation. The role focuses on maintaining Part 145 compliance, managing safety and quality systems, and liaising with UK CAA/EASA as required.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Part 145 and associated requirements and procedures.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in airframe and component maintenance.
• Relevant training qualifications such as Quality Auditing, Root Cause Analysis and Part 145 are desirable.
• Previous Form 4 approval would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Part-145 regulatory requirements and aviation legislation.
• Oversee the Safety and Compliance Management System implementation and maintenance.
• Audit procedures, regulatory standards and approved maintenance practices.
• Lead investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance documentation and regulatory reports.
• Provide guidance on safety, quality assurance and regulatory matters.
