Job summary

DHL Air (UK) Ltd. is recruiting a Compliance Engineer to support the Safety & Compliance team through regulatory auditing, inspections, and ensuring adherence to UK CAA and EASA Part-145, Part M and CAMO requirements.

The role reports to the Compliance Manager and requires hands-on involvement in audits and regulatory oversight. Ideal candidates will bring experience in airline/MRO compliance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel worldwide at short notice.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK CAA & EASA Part 145, Part M & Part CAMO regulations.
• Experience in a role integral to the Management System, or a Safety or Compliance department of an Airline or MRO.
• Experience in root cause analysis; training available for the right person.
• Knowledge and experience with computerised SMS software; report writing; general computer literacy.
• Hold a valid passport and be able to travel worldwide at short notice.
• Desirable: Part 66 B1/B2 licence or aeronautical engineering degree; 3+ years in CAMO/Part-145 MRO.
• Desirable: knowledge of Part-21 Regulation; STC/Modification programs.
• Desirable: knowledge of IOSA; AMOS usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support within the Safety & Compliance team in auditing and inspections.
• The Compliance Engineer reports to the Compliance Manager.
