TUI Airline Auditing Pool is seeking a Compliance Auditor E&M to perform internal and external audits across multiple AOCs, ensuring compliance with EASA, UK IOSA, and local aviation regulations. Travel may be required, with attendance at local offices according to policy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Group Audit Standard & Delivery Manager and continual improvement across the global network to uphold safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance monitoring, auditing, or quality assurance within aviation.
• Strong understanding of EASA regulations and IOSA standards.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external audits across TUI AOCs to ensure compliance with EASA, UK IOSA, and local regulations.
• Lead or Co-Auditor role with oversight of audit planning and coordination.
• Review root cause analyses and approve corrective action plans within timelines.
