Job summary

VistaJet is seeking a Commercial Manager to support our Program Sales with regional teams to maximize revenue and retention. The role reports to the VP Commercial Strategy and partners with VP and Directors on strategic commercial matters.

You will develop account plans, track flight activity, identify add-on and renewal opportunities, and coordinate with Billing and Accounts Receivable to resolve queries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success or business development.
• Aviation sector experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong relationship-building with professional gravitas to influence at all levels.
• Proven commercial acumen and ability to analyse data for opportunities and risks.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account management strategies to maximise retention.
• Track member pacing and flight activity to identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Leverage commercial tools to increase conversion of member quotes.
• Monitor agreements and payment dates to ensure smooth transitions.
• Identify strategic customer referral opportunities and liaise with billing.
• Collaborate with Client Services Directors and program teams on operational matters.
