Job summary

Prospero Integrated is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for Full Time Operations in live events and technical production. You will run the warehouse daily, ensuring equipment and vehicles are clean, maintained, tested, complete and ready when required.

You will lead the warehouse team, plan workloads around projects, and work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of gear. Experience in live events and AV is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, technical operations or event production management.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with equipment maintenance, stock control and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team and plan workloads for upcoming projects.
• Ensure equipment is picked, checked, clean, complete and ready for dispatch.
• Manage equipment returns, repairs and maintenance and keep stock records.
• Coordinate testing, inspections and certification of gear.
• Maintain high warehouse organisation, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Oversee vehicle checks and readiness; support deliveries and site requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and technical teams to anticipate needs.
