Job summary

Prospero Integrated is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager in the United Kingdom to run day-to-day warehouse operations for live events and technical production. You will lead a hands-on team, plan workloads around projects and work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure on-time dispatch of equipment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, proactive planning and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, technical operations or event production management.
• Confident and positive people leader.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to plan ahead.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and stock control.
• Experience in live events/AV would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team.
• Plan workloads around upcoming projects and coordinate with Project Managers.
• Ensure equipment is picked, checked, cleaned, complete and ready for dispatch.
• Manage equipment returns, damage, repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Coordinate equipment testing, inspections and certification.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse organisation and housekeeping.
• Oversee vehicle checks, loading and readiness.
• Support deliveries, collections and last-minute site requirements.
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with technical departments to anticipate requirements and resolve issues.

Full Time | Operations / Warehouse | Live Events & Technical Production

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring equipment and vehicles are clean, maintained, tested, complete and ready when required.

You will lead and motivate the warehouse team, plan workloads around upcoming projects and work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to make sure equipment is prepared and dispatched on time.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the warehouse team
• Planning warehouse resources, rotas and workloads
• Ensuring equipment is picked, checked, clean, complete and ready for dispatch
• Managing equipment returns, damage, repairs and maintenance
• Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records
• Coordinating equipment testing, inspections and certification
• Maintaining high standards of warehouse organisation, cleanliness and housekeeping
• Overseeing vehicle checks, cleanliness, loading and general readiness
• Supporting deliveries, collections and last-minute site requirements
• Ensuring health & safety standards and safe working practices are maintained
• Working closely with Project Managers and technical departments to anticipate requirements and resolve problems
