Job summary

OPR Resourcing Specialists is searching for a Warehouse Operations Manager in Woking to lead a busy warehouse team and coordinate equipment for live events. The role involves managing stock, safety, and processes to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of equipment for an array of events.

You will work closely with project coordinators and event teams, drive a forklift and potentially operate vans, with some shifts in the evenings or weekends as events require.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Warehouse Manager/Supervisor/Operations Manager.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Stock control and inventory management experience.
• Safety-conscious with good health & safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day warehouse activities and resource allocation.
• Lead, motivate and support the warehouse team.
• Oversee receipt, storage, preparation and dispatch of equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Supervise loading/unloading and ensure timely preparation for events.
• Maintain warehouse security, cleanliness and efficiency.
