Job summary

Prospero Integrated is seeking an AV warehouse technician to prep equipment for live events and dry hires. You will work across production and storage, ensuring gear is ready, correctly packed and tested for every job.

You should be practical, organised and able to spot issues, communicate clearly, and drive a company van when required. A valid driving licence and willingness to get hands dirty in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV equipment used in event productions or equipment hire.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control for gear prep.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Holds a valid driving licence and is comfortable driving a company van when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check AV equipment for event productions and dry hires.
• Pick and prep orders accurately and efficiently ahead of deadlines.
• Check equipment, accessories, cables, cases and loose items are present, clean, functional and correctly packed.
• Use AV knowledge to identify compatibility issues and ensure equipment is suitable for the job.
• Review prep lists and confidently challenge inaccuracies, omissions or potential issues.
• Flag workload, stock and timing concerns to the Warehouse Manager before they become problems.
• Test, maintain and replenish site kits, tools and consumables.
• Load and unload equipment safely, including manual handling of cases and production equipment.
• Drive a company van when required.
• Keep the warehouse organised, clean and production-ready.
