Job summary

Presidio is seeking an AV Project Coordinator within the PMO team to assist the project team with AV installation delivery. You will coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely hardware delivery, services, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Raise orders with supply chain once a project has been accepted including consumables and changes during a project.
• Liaise with the aligned project manager and suppliers on required hardware delivery dates.
• Arrange professional services (both internal and external) for dates required by the project managers.
• Assist with booking any travel required for the engineering and project teams.
• Arrange project handovers from sales to projects and note all required information.
• Keep Monday.com up to date with lead times, change requests, BOM changes, installation dates.
• Coordinate documentation completion dates (Initial drawing pack and O&M's).
• Assist the project manager with documentation upload to project specific platforms.
• Be the liaison between projects and the sales lead for milestone invoicing on projects.
