Responsibilities

• Raise orders with supply chain once a project is accepted, including consumables and changes.
• Liaise with the aligned project manager and suppliers on hardware delivery dates.
• Arrange professional services (internal and external) for required project dates.
• Assist with booking travel for engineering and project teams.
• Arrange project handovers from sales to projects and capture required information.
• Monitor lead times, change requests, BOM changes, and installation dates.
• Coordinate documentation completion dates (Initial drawing pack and O&M).
• Assist with uploading project documentation to platforms.
• Serve as liaison between projects and the sales lead for milestone invoicing.
