Job summary

Vicit is seeking an Associate Project Manager to deliver Audio Visual installations for global clients undergoing a technical refresh. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction across the project lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, CAD and programming teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Daily duties include communications with stakeholders, creating schedules, assigning tasks to technicians, and overseeing project deliverables to meet a standard build across

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a project manager.
• Experience of managing finances (in any capacity).
• Excellent stakeholder management in a challenging environment.
• Previous experience in a client facing role.
• Process driven and able to follow predefined ways of working.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Skills to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources and all departments within the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Audio Visual installations to update meeting rooms to a common build standard.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction across the project lifecycle.
