Job summary

Rafferty Resourcing is seeking an AV Technical Designer to join a growing team in the United Kingdom. You will attend client and site meetings with the sales team, capture project briefs, and design effective AV systems.

You will work with the project delivery team to produce documentation and technical drawings, and support on-site delivery. You will bring strong AV engineering knowledge (DSPs, VC platforms, basic networking), plus the ability to develop proposals, engage customers, and stay

Qualifications

• In-depth AV engineering knowledge including DSPs, VC platforms, and basic networking.
• Strong communication to engage customers in person, video or phone.
• Understanding bespoke AV solutions design and scope.

Responsibilities

• Create and present customer proposals and quotations.
• Develop system design schematics for AV installations.
• Gather information from client meetings and site surveys for accurate cost proposals.
• Provide project details to programmers and support with control system programming.
