Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid technical AV background with recent field service experience.
• Proven troubleshooting and fault-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Familiarity with Crestron, AMX, Extron and other AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AV system faults on-site.
• Perform preventative maintenance and servicing.
• Produce clear job reports after site visits.
• Maintain strong client relationships for renewals.
• Support the AV Help Desk as needed.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
