Job summary

Creative Technology UK is seeking a Senior AV Project Manager (UK) to lead complex AV and systems integration projects from award to handover. You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, manage budgets, schedules, and contract obligations, and ensure delivery to client expectations across the UK and Europe.

The role requires senior-level AV delivery experience, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' project management experience in AV, construction or technical delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of AV technologies and systems integration processes.
• Structured, proactive planning with attention to detail, multi-project workload management.

Responsibilities

• Own project requirements and objectives end to end: financial, technical, programme, construction and production coordination.
• Manage schedules, budgets and staffing across in-house and sub-contracted resources.
• Coordinate client approvals, change control and contract variations.
• Manage documentation: Project Workbook, RFIs, variations and close-out.
• Communicate progress via logs, reports and updates.
• Use RACI matrices to define responsibilities across teams.
• Coordinate RAID (risks, actions, issues and dependencies) with client.
