Job summary

proAV Limited in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Technical Manager to join the Egham team, providing high-level technical estimating, pre-sales support, and project delivery guidance for both domestic and international engagements.

You will collaborate with Business Managers and delivery teams, oversee RFP responses, design coordination, and ensure drawings and technical submittals align with project objectives across multiple AV/UC environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AV systems, installation and design concepts.
• Ability to interpret client needs and translate into technical solutions.
• Experience coordinating IT networks within AV projects.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand RFP documents and assist with technical tender documents.
• Attend meetings and support pre‑construction workshops.
• Develop workshop outputs and manage technical submittals to conclusion.
• Coordinate design queries and ensure drawings are accurate before submission.
• Manage changes and communicate updates across departments.
