The White Hart, located in Sherfield-On-Loddon, is a historic 17th-century pub within the Young’s family. We seek an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP to lead the kitchen, create and refine menus, and develop the team in a welcoming country-house setting.

Join us to craft premium, seasonal British dishes, train through masterclasses, and drive growth with hands-on leadership and passion for quality food.

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP
