The White Hart in Sherfield-On-Loddon, part of Young's Pubs, is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to lead a kitchen team and deliver premium, seasonal dishes in a welcoming country pub setting.

You will work alongside the Head Chef, creating menus and daily specials, while training and developing junior staff and maintaining health and safety standards. Excellent chef with leadership flair, hands-on approach, and strong communication is required.

Competenze

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion for leading and developing a team.
• Hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage the kitchen staff rota, training and all health and safety effectively at all times.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a kitchen team to deliver quality fresh food.
• Design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Plan and manage GP and labour under Head Chef guidance.
