About You

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience within hospitality, leisure, hotels, events or customer-facing operations.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead teams through change.
