Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Site Manager - Wastewater in the North West region to take ownership of 2–3 live wastewater projects with potential to oversee larger packages as the programme grows.

You will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, manage programme delivery and ensure drainage, connections and civils works are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires on-site leadership, decisive decision-making and a proactive, quality-driven approach to delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven water industry experience, ideally wastewater.
• Strong drainage and connections experience.
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
• Experience managing multiple sites, gangs and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors across several wastewater projects.
• Manage programme and delivery to ensure on-time project milestones.
• Ensure drainage, connections and associated civils works are completed safely and efficiently.
