Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a North Wales wastewater programme. You will own delivery of complex, multidisciplinary packages including MEICA, mechanical and civil interfaces, coordinating specialist teams to keep critical works on programme.

This long-term Outside IR35 contract requires strong delivery leadership, subcontractor management and a proven track record on major wastewater projects within Tier 1 or equivalent environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex wastewater or major water schemes.
• Recent delivery roles within Tier 1 contractors or major water frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities across MEICA, mechanical and civil packages.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and delivery partners to maintain programme.
• Drive short-term planning, sequencing and site productivity.
• Identify constraints and resolve delivery issues before they impact the programme.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and environmental standards on site.
• Provide clear progress reporting and communicate across the project team.
