Job summary

Moove AV is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager (AVOM) for Ride Hailing Operations to own the daily operational rhythm of our fleet. You will manage RHO team members—coordinating work schedules, assigning tasks for the EV fleet (including charging, cleaning, and routine maintenance), and ensuring shifts are safe and efficient.

Your goal is to maximise fleet uptime and supply availability while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Team management: 5+ years in fleet, mobility or logistics.
• Autonomous vehicle experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use data and dashboards to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations across sites and monitor KPIs.
• Lead process improvements and drive operational excellence.
• Coach and develop a high-performing RHO team, ensuring staffing and succession planning.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and SOP adherence across depot operations.
• Coordinate shift patterns, tasks, and performance to maximise uptime.
