Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join a luxury country estate in Gullane, East Lothian. This permanent, full-time role offers a 4 days on/3 days off rota, a salary up to £39,000, 28 days of paid holiday, pension contributions and free parking.
