Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in events-led or high-end hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with calm, organised approach.
• Excellent communication across multiple kitchens and event spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen brigade in Head Chef's absence and support delivery across outlets.
• Manage ordering, stock control, food safety, and compliance.
• Oversee event delivery including canapés, bowl food, and private dining.
