Reed is seeking a senior site leader to take full responsibility for the performance of a chemical manufacturing and process production site in Ipswich. You will oversee production, stock control, HSE, compliance, budgets and resource management, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management and collaboration with engineering, commercial and distribution teams.

Formación

• Experience leading site operations in manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership experience in industrial/chemical settings.
• Engineering background or technical qualification advantageous.
