Job summary

Reed is seeking a Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety Manager to lead all aspects of QHSE across our manufacturing operation. This senior role focuses on maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement and embedding quality and safety into day-to-day decisions.

You will partner with the Operations Director and leadership team to deliver best practice. You will own the site's Integrated Management System (IMS), ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, monitor QHSE metrics, and lead

Qualifications

• Experience leading QHSE in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the site's IMS and Ensure ISO compliance.
• Lead external audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, monitor and report on QHSE metrics.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls.
• Lead investigations into incidents and root cause analysis.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions across the business.
• Support safety culture through training and engagement.
