• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent required.
• GradIOSH or CertIOSH membership preferred with CPD.
• Significant Health, Safety and Environmental leadership in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE policy, governance and compliance programmes.
• Develop HS&E objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage risk assessments, safe systems of work and permits.
• Oversee investigations, corrective actions and RIDDOR reporting.
• Drive occupational health, wellbeing and health surveillance.
• Support environmental compliance and waste management.
• Produce performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and support business objectives.
