Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a dedicated care home team. You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, ensuring high-quality care and safety with autonomy in clinical decisions.

Shifts run 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am. You will develop tailored care plans, administer medicines safely and work within regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration.
• Experience developing care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans for residents.
