Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) for a dedicated care home in the United Kingdom. You’ll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, creating tailored care plans and delivering safe medicine administration with clinical excellence.

You’ll work with autonomy, upholding DoLs/MCA guidelines and Royal Pharmaceutical standards, and contribute to a supportive, person-centred environment within a reputable care home group.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NMC registration and be up to date with clinical practices.
• Experience in developing well-structured care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
