Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to provide compassionate, patient-centred care in a dedicated care home in the United Kingdom. You will assess residents’ needs, develop tailored care plans and administer medicines with clinical precision.

You will rely on your NMC registration to make critical clinical decisions, while upholding regulatory standards and delivering excellence in all aspects of care. This role offers autonomy and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Person-centred, compassionate approach to nursing.
