Job summary

Watkin Jones PLC is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for its Refresh division, delivering refurbishment and building improvement across the UK. The role spans from early-stage estimating and cost planning to project delivery and final accounts.

You will take ownership of the commercial function, provide input at all stages, and work autonomously within a collaborative team. A proactive approach and relevant experience in refurbishment are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in the QS function on new build projects.
• Understanding of cost planning and CVR processes.
• Able to work autonomously and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial function from pre-construction through to completion.
• Provide input at every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Manage and deliver refurbishment and improvement projects.
