You’ll own the commercial journey from estimation to completion across varied projects, including recladding and internal refurbishments, with hybrid working from home and site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in the QS function on new build projects.
• Knowledge of refurbishment/recladding projects is advantageous.
• Able to work autonomously and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial journey from estimation to completion.
• Collaborate with project teams on procurement and CVR processes.
• Support growth and delivery of refurbishment projects.
