Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact? We're looking for a talented individual to join our Refresh division, specialising in refurbishment and building improvement projects across the UK.

This is not your typical Quantity Surveyor position. Within Refresh, you'll play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, from early-stage estimating and cost planning through to project delivery and final account settlement. Our diverse portfolio includes building envelope improvements, internal fire compartmentation works, room refurbishments, and the transformation of amenity spaces.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a blend of formal education and hands-on experience, complemented by a proactive approach to professional development. You’ll need to demonstrate a good understanding of the industry, along with the ability to effectively manage and deliver projects.

The nature of this roles means that we are looking for a person who has sufficient experience and self-discipline to work autonomously to complete the required tasks and have the confidence and ability to contact all team and project stakeholders to ensure actions are completed.

Experience of working within the QS function on new build projects would be desirable to allow for an understanding of the construction technology, procurement and CVR process. Experience working specifically on reclad or refurbishment projects would also be advantageous.
