Job summary

PHL Group is seeking a Physiotherapist for offender health services across HMP Morton Hall, Lincoln, and nearby locations. Part-time role (22 hours per week) with an autonomous caseload and opportunities to develop private/staff patient pathways.

Up to £40,000 FTE, with flexible hours and a commitment to high standards of care. Essential HCPC/CSP registration and 2+ years' experience in respiratory, MSK, and neuro, plus ability to work independently in a prison environment.

Qualifications

• HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist.
• Minimum two years’ experience with exposure to rotational roles in respiratory, MSK, and Neuro.
• Experience in independent working and lone working.
• Energetic and proactive, with the ability to work flexibly within a prison clinical setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical caseload, including offender health and potential private/staff patients.
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the service.
• Work within contract-specific KPIs and report statistics to Senior Management.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and clinical governance.
• Liaise regularly with Senior Management and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Manage the delivery of physiotherapy services across multiple locations, if required.
• Maintain and report on clinical incidents, complaints, and compliments.
• Participate in monthly feedback and meetings with Senior Management.
