Job summary

Partnering Health Ltd. is seeking an autonomous Physiotherapist to provide advanced assessment and treatment for patients in offender health across multiple sites in Lincolnshire.

The role involves managing a clinical caseload, setting treatment plans, and maintaining high standards of care with robust clinical records. You will work as an independent practitioner, covering HMP Morton Hall and other local sites, with flexible 22-hour weeks and opportunities to develop within the service.

Qualifications

• HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with rotation in respiratory, MSK, and Neuro.
• Experience in independent working and lone working.
• Able to work flexibly within a prison clinical setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical caseload across offender health and private patients.
• Develop and expand service opportunities within the contract.
• Report statistics to Senior Management and work within KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and governance.
• Liaise with Senior Management and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Oversee delivery of physiotherapy across locations when required.
• Report on incidents, complaints and compliments.
• Participate in monthly management meetings.
