Job summary

PHL Group is seeking a Physiotherapist for Offender Health in the United Kingdom. You will provide advanced assessment and treatment, operate as an autonomous practitioner, and develop treatment plans for patients with complex conditions.

The role involves managing a clinical caseload, expanding service opportunities, and ensuring high standards within a prison setting. Relevant HCPC/CSP registration and 2+ years’ experience are essential.

Qualifications

• HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist.
• Minimum two years’ experience with rotational exposure (respiratory, MSK, Neuro).
• Experience in independent working and lone working.
• Flexible to work within a prison clinical setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical caseload, including offender health and potential private/staff patients.
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the service.
• Work within contract-specific KPIs and report statistics to Senior Management.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and clinical governance.
• Liaise regularly with Senior Management and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Manage the delivery of physiotherapy services across multiple locations, if required.
• Maintain and report on clinical incidents, complaints, and compliments.
• Participate in monthly feedback and meetings with Senior Management.
