Job summary

Derby Road Practice in Portsmouth is seeking an autonomous practitioner to deliver practice nursing services within the multidisciplinary team, providing health promotion, chronic disease management, well-woman/man clinics and clinical policy support.

Qualifications

• Experience in primary care settings is essential.
