Job summary

Crown Medical Practice, Tamworth, is seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team on a part-time basis (up to 16 hours per week). Qualifications

• NMC Registration is essential.
• Recognised Nurse Practitioner qualification at degree level or equivalent.
• Independent Prescriber status.
• Ability to work autonomously in an advanced role.
• Experience with audit.
• Research involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations via telephone or face to face, taking histories, examinations and investigations, including diagnostic tests.
• Treat patients and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Refer patients or provide advice as appropriate.
• Work as an autonomous practitioner within GMS contract guidance.
