Derby Road Practice is seeking an advanced nurse practitioner for a part-time role within its primary care team. The successful candidate will deliver autonomous nursing services, engage in health promotion, manage chronic disease care, run well woman and well man clinics, and support policy review within the practice.

The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to preventive care and patient-centred management in a primary care setting.

Formación

• Post graduate diploma or degree in advanced practice.
• Qualified nurse prescriber.
• Qualified triage nurse.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver practice nursing services autonomously within scope of practice.
• Work as part of the practice multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver health promotion and health prevention work.
• Manage chronic disease care.
• Run well woman and well man clinics.
• Support the management team in reviewing clinical policy and procedure.
